Doris Patricia (Cranmer) Bowersock, 76, of Magnolia, AR died Monday, January 8, 2018 at the Magnolia Regional Medical Center in Magnolia, AR.
Pat was born in Washington County, OK at a home in the country on May 18, 1941. Pat grew up in Fish Creek, OK and graduated from Bartlesville, OK College High School in 1959 and after graduation worked for First National Bank of Bartlesville. She married Billy D. Bowersock on April 23, 1961 and was a bookkeeper and checker in her husband's grocery store. After they closed the business Pat became a special education teacher assistant for Bartlesville schools and was a special education paraprofessional for Magnolia Public Schools.
Pat was a member of First Baptist Church in Bartlesville for over 50 years then when she moved to Magnolia she joined Central Baptist Church. She was a homemaker, taught Sunday school and was a Girl Scout Leader.
She was preceded in death by her parents Jess and Flora (Franks) Cranmer; husband Billy "Bill" Dean Bowersock; and a brother Howard Cranmer.
She is survived by her children Billie Dadgar and husband Ali Dadgar of Magnolia, Patricia Stoia and husband Sam Stoia of Tulsa, OK, Jessie Bowersock and wife Amy of Ann Arbor, MI; grandchildren Andishaeh Dadgar and fiancé Natalie Hildinger, Bijan Dadgar, Leila Dadgar all of Magnolia, Ally and Max Winchester both of Ann Arbor, MI, Seana Stoia, George Stoia, Nick Stoia, and Maddie Stoia all of Tulsa, OK.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 10 from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Lewis Funeral Home, Inc. in Magnolia, AR. Funeral services will be Thursday, January 11 at 2:00 p.m. at Lewis Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Steve Ford officiating.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, January 14 from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. at Stumpff Funeral Home in Bartlesville, OK. Graveside services will be Monday, January 15 at 10:00 a.m. at Sunnyside Cemetery in Caney, KS.
Pat will most be remembered by her family and friends is that she was a person who really loved and wanted to help people.
