Billie Bob Booth, 65, passed away December 24, 2013. He was born August 29, 1948 in Guthrie, Oklahoma to John and Clara (Marrs) Booth.
During his life he served as a police officer, worked multiple positions in the oil field, and traveled the open road as a cross-country truck driver. His hobbies included team roping, hunting and fishing, and spending time with his grandkids riding through he pasture in the Ranger checking the cows. He loved spending time with his family and friends.
Survivors include his wife Brenda of the home; two daughters, Kelly Varner and husband Kenny of Crescent and Courtney Eminger and husband Mason of Kingfisher; one sister, Debbie Booth of Crescent; three brothers, Jim Booth of Enid, Jerry Booth of Crescent, and Shawn Booth of Crescent; one step-sister, Donna Glenn of Choctaw; five grandchildren, Ashton, Macy, and Preston Eminger, Alex and Kade Varner. His parents, stepfather, Jim Glenn, one stepsister, Debbie Glenn and a stepbrother, Randy Glenn, precede him in death.
Memorial services will be 11:00 A.M. Tuesday, December 31, 2013 at the First Baptist Church with Brother John Lovett and his daughter Kelly Varner officiating. Services are under the direction of Abernathy Aaron Funeral Home in Crescent.
