Donald Boomer

November 13, 1932 ~ December 27, 2008

Donald Boomer was born November 13, 1932, in Kilgore, Texas to Norman Boomer and Thelma (Jett) boomer and departed this life December 27, 2008, at his home in Stilwell, Oklahoma at the age of 76 years, 1 month and 14 days.

Donald was a U.S. Army veteran, serving from 1950 to 1953, during the Korean War.

On March 2, 1958, he was married to Sara Ann Roberson in Monterey, Mexico. Donald worked as an electrician for McDermott Corporation and was of the Baptist faith.

His parents and one son; Tim Boomer, preceded him in death.

His surviving family includes his wife; Sara of the home in Stilwell, three sons; Anthony Boomer and Donald Boomer, both of Stilwell and Barry Boomer of Lowell, AR, two daughters; Carol Boomer of Stilwell and Robin Wyckoff of West Fork, AR., one sister; Delores Gonzales of Yucaipa, CA and three grandchildren; Jared Faust, of Johnson, AR, Dustin Faust and Patrick Wyckoff, of West Fork, AR.

Memorial services will be held at a later date. Final arrangements have been entrusted to Hart Funeral Home of Stilwell.
