Danny Robert Bond was born May 5, 1943, at Enid, Oklahoma to John William and Belva Rowen Bond, and passed away Wednesday, May 24, 2023, at the age of 80.
He was a resident of the Watonga and Fay community for his entire life, where he was a farmer and rancher. He attended and graduated from Fay high school in 1961. He was in the 45th Infantry Division of the Oklahoma National Guard from 1963 to 1968. Danny was a member of the Methodist Church in Watonga, OK, the Blaine County Ag Boosters, and was an Honorary FFA member. He married Ladonna Edsall at the Methodist Church in Watonga, OK, on October 23, 1964. Danny was a daily attendee of the Hi De Ho Café coffee group, where he enjoyed visiting with his friends and any stranger that may stop in, as well. He loved his cattle, watching his goat babies, his weekly trips to the sale barns, and his beloved dogs Jake and Clyde. He cherished time with his family, but especially his great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
He is survived by his wife, Ladonna, of the home in Watonga, OK.

Three grandchildren………………….…… Braily Shultz and husband Lee, Stetson Stewart, and Madison Hajek.
Four great-grandchildren…………..……... Harlow Shultz, Braxton Stewart, McKinlee Stewart, and Memphis Shultz.
A host of nieces and nephews, as well as numerous other relatives and friends.
Memorial Contributions in Danny's name may be made to the Fay Community Center.
A Celebration of Life for Danny will be held Saturday, May 27, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. at the Methodist Church in Watonga, Oklahoma with Pastor Dianna Matli officiating. The family will be receiving family and friends at the church after the service. Wilkinson Mortuary of Watonga will be handling these arrangements.
