Della Mae Smith Boley was born September 29, 1952, to Don and Joan Smith in Tucumcari, New Mexico. She passed from this life Sunday, .
Della was raised in Duran, New Mexico until the 11th grade when she moved with her family to Las Vegas, New Mexico where she graduated in 1970 from Robertson High School. She received her RN Degree from Northwest Texas Hospital School of Nursing in 1973, Amarillo, Texas.
She began her nursing career in the Texas Panhandle. She worked in medical clinics, with home health and hospice in the Cushing area for about 30 years. Della�s last nursing practice was at Cushing Regional Hospital.
She married William F. "Willie" Boley December 30, 1999. Together they made their home in Cushing, Oklahoma.
Della is survived by her husband of almost 17 years, Willie Boley of Cushing, Oklahoma, her sons, Robert Vincent {Funeha} of Tokyo, Japan, Dan Vincent {Brandi}, two grandchildren, Kalen and Kate of Edmond, Oklahoma and son, David Vincent {Jenny} who is actively serving with the United States Air Force.
Della is also survived by her mother, Joan Smith, Las Vegas, New Mexico, two sisters, Donna Hinders {Mike} of Los Lunas, New Mexico and Kathy Holster {Michael} of Levelland, Texas, one brother, Robert Smith {Tara} of Bovey, Minnesota, four sisters-in-law, Eloise Floyd {Benny} of Cushing, Oklaoma, Malinda Floyd of Cushing, Oklahoma, Mary Lou Terry {Nathan} of Stroud, Oklahoma and Dorothy Ann Day {Terry} of Cushing, Oklahoma and one brother-in-law, Hubert W. Boley of Cushing, Oklahoma, the father of her sons, Vernon Vincent of Stillwater, Oklhaoma and many other relatives.
Della was preceded in death by her father, Don Smith.
A celebration service of her life will be at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, May 26, 2016, at First Baptist Church, Agra, Oklahoma with Rev. Roger Shaw officiating.
Family visitation will be immediately following the service until 4:00 pm.
Graveside services will be at Duran Cemetery in Duran, New Mexico on May 27 at 1:00 pm {MDT}.
Memorials may be made to First Baptist Church, Agra, Oklahoma Building Fund, Companion Hospice of Guthrie, Oklahoma or Stephenson Cancer Center, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
