Charisse Rochelle Blizard of Tonkawa, Oklahoma, died Friday evening, June 8, 2018, at her home in Tonkawa at the age of 49 years.

Charisse Rochelle Blizard was born on November 23, 1968, in El Dorado, Kansas, to Clifford Dudley and Jeanine Karen (Wallace) Roush. She grew up and attended school in Fredonia and Moran, Kansas, before graduating from Ponca City High School. She furthered her education by attending Paralegal Training and auctioneering school.

She worked in home health care and managed a Salvation Army Center in Lee's Summit, Kansas.

She enjoyed fishing and collecting antiques.

She is survived by her mother, Jeanine Cales; and a daughter, Andrea Elliott. No services are planned.
