Patricia Ann (Crisp) Blevins
February 18, 1963 ~ January 30, 2020

Patricia Ann Blevins was born February 18, 1963 to Bob and Patsy (Ingram) Crisp in Pryor, Oklahoma. She departed this life on January 30, 2020 in Tulsa, Oklahoma at the age of 56 years, 11 months, and 12 days.

Trish was raised in Locust Grove and attended Locust Grove Public Schools. She moved to Stilwell, in 1993. On October 1, 1994, in Stilwell, Trish was united in marriage to Carl Blevins. Trish brought three children into the marriage along with Carl’s five children and throughout their 25 years of marriage, they added eight more children to their family for a total of 16 children. Trish and Carl were also foster parents, and they fostered over 150 children throughout their years together. Trish held many jobs throughout her life; she was a nurse’s aide at Locust Grove Nursing Home, a PCA and PCA Coordinator for Country Style Home Health, Housekeeping Supervisor at Stilwell Memorial Hospital and Westville Nursing Home, and she also helped Carl with his carpentry jobs. Trish loved bargain shopping, going to yard sales, spending time with her kids and grandkids, but most of all she loved bossing Carl around.

Trish is survived by: her husband Carl of the home; 10 daughters: Teresa Buzzard and husband Rickey of Stilwell, Amesa Lopez and husband Emilio of Tahlequah, Louisa, Cheyenne, Allison, Josaline, Emily, and Ally Jo Blevins of the home, Teresa and Brian Covington of Picayune, Mississippi, Sharon and George Gutierrez of Ada; four sons: Tracy Ruggles Jr. of Stilwell, Calob Blevins and companion Shania of Stilwell, Matthew Blevins and companion Jerika of Stilwell and Doyle Blevins and wife Anna of Hindsville, Arkansas; one brother: Brian Crisp and wife Shirley of Locust Grove, daughter-in-law: June Blevins of Missouri, son-in law: Chummy Shotpouch of Jay; eight granddaughters: Mariana, Ariel, Mya, Kassaundra, Amanda, Shelbie, Lacay, and Lydia; five grandsons: Damian, Zayne, Russell, Jason, Chris, Bryan, and Cory; numerous great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and other relatives and a host of friends.

Trish is preceded in death by her parents Bob and Pat; two brothers: Jr. Crisp and Bruce Crisp; a daughter: Gwen Shotpouch; a son: Carl “George” Blevins; and a granddaughter: Heather Cummings.

Memorial Services will be Saturday, February 8, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. at the Roberts-Reed-Culver Funeral Home Chapel. Cremation Services were entrusted to the Roberts- Reed-Culver Funeral Home
