Briannon Marie "Bri" (Hill) Blankenship

Bri Blankenship, age 26 of Purcell, passed away Saturday January 24, 2015.

Briannon Marie Hill was born May 4, 1988 in Oklahoma City, OK, the older of 2 children of Scott Alan Hill and Mignon Marie (Waldrip) Hill.

 Bri spent her early childhood and began school in Yukon. Her family settled in Purcell in 2001 and Bri graduated from Purcell High School in 2006. After school, she took some classes at O.C.C.C. and Rose State.

Bri was a wonderful mother to Deiken, her 5 year old son. She cherished him and worked hard to provide for his every need. On November 1, 2014,

Bri married the love of her life, Rev. Justin Blankenship, and she felt such peace as her family was complete.

She loved the Lord, and boldly shared her love for Christ, impacting many. She loved people and especially enjoyed working with young people. Bri was a faithful member of the Landmark Church in Purcell. She had such a heart for worship and was so encouraging and inspiring in leading others to the Lord. Bri and Justin were a good team, and they dreamed of their future and how God could use them. Bri was a bright soul and a friend to many and now she stands in the presence of God.

She was preceded in death by: Her grandparents, Nana (Carolyn) and Papa Jim Heartsill and Great grandpa, Papa Charles Fisher.

Bri leaves behind: Her husband, Justin, of the home; Her greatest joy, Deiken of the home; Her parents, Scott and Mignon Hill of Purcell; Brother, Curtis Hill of Purcell; Grandparents, Keith and Betty Berry of Yukon; Great grandparents, Othela and Cecil Lowell of Del City; Great aunts, Charlene Eyler of Del City; Shirley and Jerry Roberts of Brownwood, TX Great Uncles, Don and Jackie Walker of Minco, OK; Harry and Vickie Waldrip of Choctaw, OK; Ozell and Denise Berry of Oklahoma City; Matt and Vett Berry of OKC; 2 Aunts, Mikala Watkins of Yukon and Kathy Fisher of Bethany; 3 uncles, Dahl Hendrickson and wife Kimber of Minco, Les Wortham of Yukon and Roshad Berry of OKC; Adopted Grandmother, Thurza Gruver of Yukon, OK Numerous cousins and a host of other family and friends.

Funeral Services are scheduled for 11:00 A.M. Wednesday, January 28, 2015, at Landmark Church, 1106 W. Grant, Purcell, OK. Arrangements by Wilson-Little Funeral Home of Purcell. Bri's heart was in Africa and so the family suggests that memorials be made to Light For the Zulu Nation Ministry % of Landmark Church, P.O. Box 911, Purcell, OK 73080.
