Mildred Marlene Blackwell-Dilley-Page, 79, passed on Thursday, December 26, 2019 in Stillwater, Oklahoma. Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, January 2, 2020 at 2:00pm at Dighton Marler Funeral Home Chapel in Stillwater. Dighton Marler Funeral Home is entrusted with arrangements.

Mildred was born May 22, 1940 to Clyde and Leta Carlile Blackwell in Blackburn, Oklahoma. She grew up in Pawnee and Payne Counties and was 1 of 10 children. Mildred attended Yale Elementary and High School, graduating in 1959.

Married Bobie Jack Dilley on July 27, 2959. To that union, three sons: Ronald Lee, John Randal, and Gregory Alan were born.

In 1978, she met her life partner and married Robert (Bob) J. Page. He has been by her side for 41 years.

Mildred is survived by her husband Bob Page, 3 sons and their wives, Ron and Debbie Dilley of Stillwater, John and Sharon Dilley of Perkins, OK, Greg and Robyn Dilley of Maramec, OK, 1 Stepson, Todd Page, 7 Grandchildren: Tanya Tarlton, Tabitha, McCollum, Tiffany Gooch, Scott Dilley, Nick Dilley, Ty Dilley and Keli Haxton. Great Grandchildren: Tanner McCollum, Codee Tarlton, Ava McCollum, Payton Gooch, Kynslee Gooch, Izak Dilley, Alexis Dilley, Anders Dilley, Maeve Dilley, Taylor Haxton, Hunter Dilley.

She is preceded in death by her parents, 1 grandson, Chris Dilley, 2 sisters, Naomi Wikel, Thelma Morris, 6 brothers, Ralph Blackwell, Harold Blackwell, Ray Blackwell, Leonard Blackwell, Clyde Blackwell, Melvin Blackwell.
