Timothy Lee Bishop, son of Plizia Ruth (Mashunkashey) Bishop, was born on August 6, 1973, in Jacksonville, Florida. He departed this life on Sunday September 4, 2022, at the age of 49 years and 30 days.
Timothy resided in Weatherford, Texas until 1997 then relocated to Stilwell, Oklahoma at the age of 23. Timothy married Annmarie Diver on April 25, 1998. Timothy excelled in his career, working as a Continuous Improvement Analyst. He found joy in fishing, playing golf, metal detecting, spending time with his family, and hanging out with his 5 weenie dogs: Leelou, Louie, Astro, Itty Bitty, and Jackboy. He was consistently cracking jokes and loved making others laugh as much as he could.
He was preceded in death by his mother: Plizia Ruth (Mashunkashey) Bishop; stepfather: Ronnie Bishop; his brother: Benjamin Shell; 3 sisters: Sarah L. Simmons, Ruth Ann Daugherty, and Elizabeth Ann Shell; nephew: Chris Galcatcher; nephew: Nathan Rawls; and 3 nieces: Michelle Daugherty, Amber Marshall and Angela Daugherty.
Timothy was and will forever be cherished by all his friends and family.
He is survived by his wife: Annmarie Bishop; and daughter: Plizia Marie Bishop of the home in Stilwell, Oklahoma; sister: Nellie Sue Ayers of Memphis, Tennessee; brother: Keith Shell of Kingston Springs, TN; mother-in-law: Marie Diver of Stilwell, Oklahoma; brother-in-law: Ace Diver and wife Beth Gerbert. Timothy has numerous nieces and nephews that loved seeing and spending time with their Uncle Tim. Transplant Donor Mom: Donna Buckley of Poughkeepsie, New York also survives him.
Funeral Service was held at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, September 13, 2222 at Calvary Southern Baptist Church, Stilwell, OK under the direction of Roberts-Reed-Culver Funeral Home, Stilwell, OK.
