Larry Clyde "Buckwheat" Bischoff

Larry Clyde "Buckwheat" Bischoff
January 19, 1948 ~ February 14, 2025

Born January 19, 1948 in Kearney, NB to Fredrick William Bischoff and Francis Maudele Cheek Bischoff and passed February 14, 2025 at St. Mary's in Enid, OK. The family moved to Enid where he attended Enid High School. He served in the Army from 1966 to 1969. He worked at the flight line at Vance Airforce base and Champlin refinery before ultimately opening Larry's Seat Covers in the late 1970's, which he owned and operated nearly 45 years until his death in 2025. He co-owned and operated Bischoff Brothers Statuary Inc.

In 1974, he married Cynthia Gee and to this union Kelly Jene was born.

He enjoyed working on cars and was an avid bowler. In his early years he loved hunting and fishing.

Larry is survived by one child Kelly Olson and husband Matthew Olson of Piedmont, OK; and two grand children; his sisters, Dorothy Niles of Edmond, OK, Mary & Keith Vandever of Porter, OK and Carol Bischoff of Mustang, OK

Larry is preceded in death by his parents, Brother Paul Bischoff and Brother In Law rick Niles

Memorial service will be February 28, 2025 from 10:30 to 11:30 am at the Oakwood Bowling Alley in Enid.

In lieu of flowers or arrangement please consider charitable donations to Happy Paws Checotah, OK, K9s for Warriors or Wounded Warrior Project, with Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home serving as custodian of the funds. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home and Crematory.
