Easter Lilly Bingham was born on Easter Sunday, April 8, 1917 in Elk City, Oklahoma to Elwilda and Jacob Bachmann.
She passed away February 27, 2012 in Anderson, California at the age of 94.
Easter grew up in the Durham, Oklahoma community where she attended school and graduated with the Class of 1938.
She was a member of the Durham basketball team and enjoyed sports.
She married Jack Bingham and had two sons Jack Jr. and Jim. They made their home in Durham and were members of the Durham Baptist Church. They moved their family to California in 1948.
Easter was preceded in death by her husband; her parents; three brothers, Robert, Dan and Jacob Bachmann; and five sisters, Daisy Kimball, Lena Hawkins, Pearl Riley, Frances Ramsey and Barbara Bachmann.
She is survived by her two sons, Jack Bingham of Petaluma, California; and Jim Bingham and wife Karen of Dunnellon, Florida; three grandchildren, Jay Bingham and wife, Candi of Valley Springs, California; Amy Cleveland and Steve Bingham of Beaverton, Oregon; three great grandchildren, Kyle Cleveland, Caleb Cleveland and Mariah Cleveland; and a host of other relatives and friends.
