Robert " Bob" Junior Billingsley, 79, resident of Bartlesville, Oklahoma died at 5:48 AM on Tuesday in Muskogee, Oklahoma.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Monday, March 17, 2014 in the Stumpff Funeral Home Chapel with Mr. Tony Lalli officiating. Funeral services and cremation arrangements are directed by the Stumpff Funeral Home & Crematory.

Robert "Bob" Junior Billingsley was born November 14, 1934 in Clinton, Henry County, Missouri, to Robert F. and Reba B. (Eulsow) Billingsley. Bob served in both the U.S. Navy Artillery and the U.S. Air Force as a fireman, to defend the country he loved. He fought during the Korean War in the Navy. Bob worked as a bricklayer, construction worker, Goodwill, and Conoco Phillips where he retired in 2008. He enjoyed Bingo, dancing; playing pool in general he enjoyed life.
He is survived by his wife of 23 years, Sharen Elizabeth (Flynn) Billingsley of the family home in Bartlesville, Oklahoma; step-children Sherry May (Beck) Payton of Great Bend, Kansas, Charles A. Beck of Sapulpa, Oklahoma and Connie Elaine (Beck) Sharpton of Bartlesville; two sisters Ida (Billingsley) Bousfield and her husband Bob of Dexter, Missouri and Celeste (Billingsley) Smith and her husband James of Tempe, Arizona and ten step-grandchildren.
