Michael Leon Billings, 60, of Mulhall, OK passed away Tuesday, August 15, 2017 in Oklahoma City. Michael was born March 28, 1957 in Oakland, California to Earl and Lavone (Shafer) Billings.

A memorial service will be held at 10:00 AM, Saturday, August 26, 2017 at Mulhall Christian Church.
