Joe Biles
May 2, 1957 ~ October 27, 2015

Joe Biles was born May 2, 1957 in Odessa, Texas to Barbara and James K, Biles, Sr. He passed away October 27, 2015 at his home near Elk City, Oklahoma at the age of 58 years, 5 months and 25 days.

Joe graduated from Wink High School in Wink, Texas where he excelled in football. He moved to the Elk City area over 30 years ago and worked in the oilfield. Joe was an avid sportsman and excelled at any sport he set his mind to accomplish. He enjoyed fishing, playing golf, bowling, playing pool and spending time with his family and friends who all knew him as a kind and generous man.

He was preceded in death by his faithful dog, Dottie, his parents, 2 brothers, James K. Biles, Jr. and Todd Kinsey Biles.

He is survived by 2 sisters, Tana Samford and husband, Garry, Bastrop, TX and Jackie Carter, a daughter, Jo Lynn Price, Alaska; 2 grandsons and a granddaughter, stepfather, Gil Gilstrap, Odessa, TX; 6 nieces and 5 nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends.
