Ronnie Bilbrey was born January 17, 1956 in Sentinel, Oklahoma to Troy and Ruby (Burton) Bilbrey. He passed away August 14, 2014 at Tulsa, Oklahoma at the age of 58 years, 6 months and 27 days.
Ronnie grew up in Sayre where he married Charlotte Garrison and 2 children, Janell and Wyatt, were born to this union. Ronnie worked in the oilfield until 1999 when he began working in road construction. That same year a very special person, Tonya Thompson, came into his life and his family grew as he considered her children, Alicia and C. J., as his own. Ronnie loved the outdoors and enjoyed boating, camping and fishing. He especially loved spending time with his children and grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his father, Troy Bilbrey and stepfather, Wilmer Teakell.
He is survived by 4 children, Alicia Fowler and husband, Shane, of Stroud, OK, Clifford (C.J.) Hutchison and wife, Rebecca, Northfork, VA, Janell Conway and husband, and Brian, Clinton, OK, Wyatt Bilbrey, Hobart, OK; his companion, Tonya Thompson; 8 grandchildren, his mother, Ruby Teakell, of Sayre, OK, 2 brothers, Charles Bilbrey and wife, Karletta, of Sayre, OK and Gary Bilbrey; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Private family services will be held at a later time.
