Memorial Service for Roy Eugene Biffle, 65, of Fairview will be Monday, December 13, 2021 from 2 to 6 pm at the Fairview First Assembly of God Church with Pastor Sam Peck officiating. Arrangements by Fairview Funeral Home Inc..
Roy Biffle was born in Honolulu, Hawaii on 21 May 1952 to Roy Charles and Alma Faye (Greggory) Biffle and was taken Home by our Heavenly Father on November 28, 2021 at his daughter’s home in Fairview, Oklahoma.
Roy grew up moving around with his family as his dad was moved from assignment to assignment while in the United States Navy. He completed high school in 1970 and went to work. In 1974 he joined the United States Navy and remained in the service for the next six years before being honorably discharged. Roy was a welder for 18 years however, most of his live he was a carpenter and landscaper. Roy loved woodworking, and drawing. He met the love of his life, Linda Kiloh, and they were married in Reno Nevada on the 25th of February, 1998. He was also and ordained minister and later in his life was elevated to a Bishop in the church and started the Prince of Peace Ministries. He was a loving husband, dad and papa that will be truly missed.
Roy is survived by his, four daughters, Tiffany Biffle, Emily Biffle, Samantha Michelle Biffle-Justice, and Stephanie Biffle, three sons, Eliah Luke and wife Kasey Biffle, Niles Bell, and Jesse Bell, 19 grandchildren with one more on the way, four brothers, Garry Rodrigues, Barry Rodrigues, Robert Carrol, and Thomas Donoho, and two sisters, Katherine Andrea and Deborah McCanless.
He was preceded in death by his parents, wife Linda, two sisters, and two brothers.
