Carol Ann (Kortright) Berry

October 13, 194 ~ December 16, 2013

Carol Ann Kortright Berry passed from this life December 16, 2013 in Humble, TX. She was born October 13, 1941. Carol was the fourth child of ten born to Clarence and Laura Kortright of Guthrie.

Carol attended schools in Navina and Guthrie and graduated from Cashion High School in 1959. After high school she graduated from Blackwood Business School. Her love of horses brought her into membership of the Red Riders Women's Equestrian Drill Team and the Mustang Roundup Club. She was a retired truck driver from Turner Brothers Trucking. Having no children of her own, she spent time with her nieces and nephews boating, camping and horseback riding.

She was preceded in death by her husband Ellis Berry in 1998, her parents and three brothers Laurence, Mark, and John. She is survived by her sisters: Catherine (David) Warner of Norman, Elaine (Gary) Cunningham of Mulhall, Judy Ochs, Ruth (Randy) Chappell of Guthrie, Janice Klinglesmith of Harrah, and Nancy (Mark) Rolff of Rothbury, Michigan and many nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
