Linda Jo (Ewing) Benson
January 27, 1956 ~ May 6, 2020

Linda Jo Benson surrounded by her family at her home in Oklahoma City passed from this life on May 6, 2020 at the age of 64. She was born on January 27, 1956 in Tacoma, Washington the daughter of Jim and JoAnne Ewing.

On October 31, 1985 she married Louis Benson and the couple made their home in Oklahoma City.

Linda Jo will be remembered as a beloved mother, wife, daughter, sister, nana and aunt. Many will remember her from the 28 years that she worked at Dillard’s, where she retired as an Assistant Sales Manager. She created many lifelong friendships and memories during her 28 years. Linda

Jo was preceded by her parents.

Left to cherish her memories are her husband Louis Benson, daughter Carrie Vaughn and her husband David, three grandsons Jacob, Isaac and Zackary, her sister Robin Ewing and her spouse Julie Randall, Brother Jim Ewing and his wife Patti Ewing and nine great nieces and nephews.

Linda enjoyed her time with her family and friends. Her favorite things to do were to travel with her husband and watch her grandsons sporting events. She also enjoyed going to the movies and lunch, baking, reading and listening to music.
