Megan Belongie, age 24 of Purcell, passed away Wednesday March 28, 2018. Megan Kay Burns was born August 23, 1993 in Purcell, OK, the younger of 2 children born to Craig and Donona (Constant) Burns.
Megan was raised in Purcell and attended Purcell Schools, graduating with
the Class of 2012. One day, while attending a Criminal Justice class at the
Vo-Tech, she met a young man named Ricky Belongie. They fell in love and
were married June 23, 2011. Young and in love, they shared dreams for the
future and planned a long life together. It wasn't too long until they
welcomed a baby girl, Nicole. Nicole changed their lives and Megan lived
every day for her baby girl, as she loved being her mommy. And like most of
her friends, she enjoyed snap chatting. Megan loved animals and loved the
thrill of finding the right bargain at the thrift store. She was an
