The services celebrating and honoring the life of Larry Paul Bee, 79, of Enid, will be held privately. Complete cremation care is under the direction of Brown-Cummings Funeral Home.

Larry was born April 6, 1943, to Charles and Mary Alice (Sampson) Bee in Detroit, Michigan, and passed from this life April 6, 2022, in Enid, Oklahoma.

He was raised and educated in Fort Wayne, Indiana, until the age of seven when the family moved to Seattle, Washington. He attended Junior High school in Seattle, returned to Fort Wayne briefly, then moved to Western, New Jersey, where he graduated from Western High School in 1962. He served in the United States Air Force for four years, serving in Vietnam. He married Linda Henning on December 21, 1968, in Olustee, Oklahoma. Together they moved to Enid. He worked for the United States Postal Service until his retirement. In his spare time, he enjoyed working on cars.

He is survived by his wife Linda, of the home; two sons and a daughter, David and Rebecca Bee, of Breckinridge, Oklahoma, Shawn and Samantha Bee, of Enid, and Stephanie and Matt Hawley, of Enid; his mother; ten grandchildren, David Jr., Patrick, Sissie, Dakota, Sabre, Shyann, Elizabeth “Lizzy”, Eric, Bailey and Thomas; and five great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his father.
