Mike was born on February 2, 1950 in Enid, Oklahoma to James Edgar and Helen (Bushnell) Beckham and died on August 9, 2024.
He served in the US Army during the Vietnam War. On February 5, 1972, Mike married Mary Anne Vaughn and they made their home in Enid. Mike worked at Hackney-Trinity Industries for over 30 years and was a perfectionist to the core. He enjoyed riding his motorcycle. Mike was always onery and the life of the party. Mike and Mary helped raise their granddaughter, Emerald.
He was a simple man who dearly loved God, family, sports, old westerns, a perfect lawn and a good motorcycle ride and his Puppers.
He was preceded in death by his parents; siblings, Shirley Sternberg-Geiger and husband, Lloyd Sternberg, and Tim Beckham; in-laws, Frank and Carlena Vaughn; sister-in-law, Edra Vaughn.
Mike is survived by his wife, Mary Anne; son, Wade Beckham; daughter and her husband, Lisa and Matt Robertson; grandson and his wife, Calvin and Abbey Robertson; granddaughter, Emerald Beckham; sister, Judy Stark; sister-in-law, Nancy Beckham; brothers-in-law, Kenneth Vaughn and Bill Geiger; other relatives and friends.
There will be private family service.
