Carol Sue (Bowers) Beaver
June 2, 1943 ~ September 1, 2025

Carol Sue Beaver, age 82, of Collinsville, Oklahoma, passed away on September 1, 2025, in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She was born on June 2, 1943, in Vinita, Oklahoma, to Delbert Clarence Bowers and Violet Josephine (Parker) Bowers.

Carol spent 48 years of her life in Bartlesville, Oklahoma, before making her home in Collinsville. A devoted homemaker, she found joy in caring for her family and home. On April 10, 1977, she married the love of her life, Jim Beaver, with whom she shared many years until his passing.

Her faith was a central part of her life, and she cherished time spent reading her Bible. She also enjoyed sewing and cooking, hobbies that reflected her nurturing and creative spirit.

Carol was preceded in death by her husband, Jim Beaver; her parents, Delbert and Violet Bowers; brothers, Jim Bowers and Delbert Bowers Jr.; sister, June White; daughter, Tressa Praytor; and son, Dale Praytor.

She is survived by her son, Russell Praytor; her beloved grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews who will remember her with love.

Carol will be deeply missed by all who knew her, and her memory will be carried on through the many lives she touched.
