Bobby Lee Beagley of Alva, Oklahoma, passed away on December 17, 2021.
Bob was born on August 22, 1938, in Alva, Oklahoma, the son of Arvel Allan “Jack” Beagley and Cleta W. Knox Beagley. Bob was raised in Alva and attended Alva High School. He married Joyce Ann (Roberts) Beagley in the Bible Baptist Church of Alva, on May 15, 1959.
Bob was a member of the Oklahoma National Guard and Alva Fire Department. He worked as a mechanic for Bob Coker Motor Co. of Alva. Bob owned and operated Beagley Custom Harvesting with wife Joyce and son Jere, until 2003. He also drove his own truck hauling grain for Wheeler Brothers and others. For years, Bob was a mentor to many young men as hired-hands on his crews.
Bob is predeceased by his parents, Jack and Cleta Beagley, wife, Joyce Ann Beagley and sister, Carole Lynn Cayot. Bob is survived by his son, Jere Beagley of Tulsa, and granddaughter, Mackenzie Beagley of Austin, Texas, along with uncles, cousins, nephews, nieces, and friends.
Bob did not want a service, but please let’s find a cure for Parkinson’s.
