Willie Baugh

Willie Baugh
March 12, 1960 ~ February 6, 2020 (age 59)

Funeral service for Willie Baugh will be 11:00 am, Wednesday, February 12, 2020 at Mt. Calvary Missionary Baptist Church with Pastor Dr. Namon C. Melvin Sr., officiating. Services are under the direction of Whinery Huddleston Funeral Service.

Willie was born March 12, 1960 in Greenville, Alabama to Dorothy Baugh. He joined the United States Army in Brooklyn, New York in 1978. He received many awards and medals during his career: Meritorious service medal, Army Commendation Medal (4th award), Army Achievement Medal (6th award), Army Good Conduct Medal (6th Award), National Defense Service Medal, Noncommissioned Officer’s Professional Development Ribbon with numeral 3, Army Service Ribbon, Overseas Service Ribbon (4th award), Air Assault Badge, Driver and Mechanic Badge with Driver -W bar, and Driver and the Mechanic Badge with Mechanic Bar. Willie served his country with 20 years of service. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him.

Willie passed away February 6, 2020 in Lawton, Oklahoma.

Willie is survived by the love of his life, Cecilia Ross, of the home; 3 sons, Silas Baugh of New York, Eric Baugh of Florida and Michael Baugh of Virginia; 1 daughter, Miesha Smith of Texas; 4 step children, Mirelle McGee, Donovan Ross and Chloe Allen all of Lawton, and Teana Ross of Texas; 10 grandchildren; his mother, Dorothy Baugh; 3 brothers, Anthony Miles, Robert Miles and Tavares Miles all of Alabama; 2 aunts, Merlene McLemore and Bobby Thomas both of Alabama; his favorite cousin, Shelia Jackson; his long time high school friends, Oswald White, Travis Scott, Ronald Harris, Mike Griffin and Anthony Scott all of New York and a host of cousins and friends.
