Frank Bartley

CHEROKEE, OK — Frank Bartley, 75, passed away Aug. 15, 2013, at his home in Cherokee. He was born March 17, 1938, in Davenport, Iowa, the son of Frances Sr. and Martha Lohse Bartley.

He grew up in Pittsburg, Kansas, graduating from Pittsburg High School in 1956. He served in the Navy four years, then worked for Chrysler Corporation as a computer analyst in Huntsville, Alabama. After retiring, he moved to Cherokee.

He was a member of First Christian Church.

Surviving is sister Joan Guffey, Cherokee.

He was preceded in death by two sisters.

No services are planned at this time. Arrangements are by Goodwin Funeral Home, Cherokee.
