Billie Choese Barnes was born at Stoney Point, Oklahoma on November 28, 1930 to Beulah Milam and Liss Sneed. Billie passed away on 11-4-11 after a lengthy illness.
Billie was preceded in death by her husband Louis Barnes and infant daughter Regina; also, by her parents and 3 brothers.
She is survived by her children; Joy Crowell and husband Steve of Ada, Vanessa Wedlake of Stillwater, Hal Barnes and wife Deanna of Midwest City, and Dena Jenkins and husband Preston of Stillwater.
Billie is also survived by her grandchildren; Eric Crowell and wife Amanda, Trevor Crowell, Cara Nichols and husband James, John Wedlake and wife Jamie, Caroline Murray and husband Michael, Tessa Alumbaugh and husband Grant, Karin Knapp and husband Matthias, Jeff Barnes and wife Jessie, Sherrita Jenkins and fiance Jody Bright, Jamie Plymale and husband Charlie, Kalin Jenkins and fiance Anthony Dyer and her great McKenna and Griffin Murray, Kallie Wedlake and Kloei Knapp.
She is also survived by 4 brothers; Herbert Sneed, John Sneed, Brownie Sneed and 4 sisters; Betty Sneed, Cleta Dale Parks, Lissa Cross and Barbara Goodwin. In addition she leaves behind many nieces, nephews and extended family.
Billie enjoyed quilting, ceramics, family reunions, making gifts for others, bingo and church activities. She loved many of her extended family so much she considered them dearly loved children. Billie was a faithful and loving servant and will be missed by many.
