Phillip Shawn Barber, 45, of Bartlesville, passed away Friday, November 17, 2023.
The son of Donald Roy and Hellen Stephens Barber, Phillip attended Marietta Public Schools. Raised in Enville, he loved playing in the woods and riding bikes with his brothers and friends. He enjoyed swimming and camping. Phillip attended the Assembly of God in Marietta and the Pentecostal Church at Enville.
Preceding him in death were his father, Donald Roy Barber; grandparents, Roy and Florence Barber and Leonard and Lucille Stephens; nephew, Jake Harjo; and brother-in-law, J.W. Harjo.
Left to cherish his memory are his mother, Hellen Barber of Marietta; sister, Jessica (Susie) Barbara Harjo and husband Nick Norrid of Ardmore; brothers, Michael Barber of Gatesville, Texas and Stephen Barber of Ardmore; nieces, Paige and husband Travis Walker of Comanche and Taylor Johnson of Taft; nephews, Justin Harjo of Ardmore and Dylan Johnson and wife Tori of Sanger, Texas; many great-nieces and nephews; and many other family and friends.
