Wilma C. Barbee

June 1, 1922 ~ January 5, 1991

Wilma C. Barbee, age 68, died January 5, 1991.

Services were held January 8, 1991, Tuesday, at 10:30 a.m. in the Southside Baptist Church in Perryton, Texas with Rev. Bobby Roger officiating.

She was laid to rest in the Ochiltree Cemetery by Boxwell Bros. Funeral Home, Inc. in Perryton, Texas.

Ms. Barbee was born in Hemphill county, Texas on June 1, 1922.

She lived in the Reydon community for 26 years.

She was a public school teacher at Reydon, Oklahoma; Allison, Texas; and Perryton, Texas for 25 years until retirement in 1984.

She was a member of the Southside Baptist Church, was in the Business and Professional Women's Club, and in Eastern Star.

She is survived by two sons, Craig Barbee of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; and Brent Barbee of Tyler, Texas; one sister, Donna Davis of Perryton, Texas; two stepbrothers, Darrell Cook of Albuquerque, New Mexico and Duane Boren of Guymon, Oklahoma; two grandchildren and numerous friends.
