Lyman Barbee

November 21, 1879 ~ December 29, 1974

Lyman Barbee, born November 21, 1879, in Westfield, Illinois departed this life on December 29, 1974 at Sayre, Oklahoma.

His father was Clark Lagow Barbee and his mother, Mary Carolyn Bryan.

Lyman homesteaded in Roger Mills county, Oklahoma around 1900.

He established his residence in Roger Mills County, Oklahoma, and Hemphill County, Canadian, Texas, where he resided all of his adult life except for the last 1 1/2 years which he spent in Town Hall Estates Nursing Home, Sayre, Oklahoma.

He was preceded in death by his mother, father, four brothers and two sisters.

He is survived by nieces, nephews and a host of friends.

Burial in Edith Ford Memorial Cemeteries, Canadian, Texas.
