Marvin L. "Jerry" Bamburg
November 14, 1942 ~ December 16, 2015

A Service of Remembrance and Celebration of Life for Marvin L. "Jerry" Bamburg, 73, of Enid, will be Saturday, December 19, 2015, 7:00 PM at the Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Vernon Lee will officiate. Cremation is under the direction of the Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home.

Jerry was born November 14, 1942 in Oakland CA the son of George and Roberta Daniels Bamburg and passed away December 16, 2015. He was united in marriage to Rita Johnson July 30, 1965 in Enid, OK and had celebrated 50 years of marriage July 30, 2015. He was employed by Champlin Petroleum for 20 years and then later owned and operated JBs Pipeline and Measurement, INC. until his retirement in 2006. He was an avid golfer enjoying playing with friends and family. He was a member of the Meadowlake Golf Course. He will be remembered as a man who enjoyed life to the fullest, especially spending time with his family.

Survivors include his wife Rita, two daughters, Debra Bushong and her husband Mark of Dallas, TX, Lexy Hammond and her husband Adam of Centennial, CO, two grandchildren, Spencer Moore and Olivia Hammond, two brothers, Eddie Bamburg and Larry Bamburg, two sisters, Pat Givens and Kathy Moore and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, four brothers and one sister.

Memorial contributions may be made to The Cat Clinic, Enid SPCA or the American Red Cross with Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home custodian of the funds.
