Daughter Danielle Lee grandchildren Rilynn, Brynlee, Kalliee, Blayke
Sister Amy Firestone nephews Curtis and Michael.
Stepfather Ron Houska
Grandmother Eva Lee Baltimore
Aunt Cindy Batchelder, Uncle Rick Batchelder
Aunts- Angie, Flo Houska and uncle Don Houska
Many cousins whom she loved and friends dear to her heart.

Proceeded in death
Grandmother Florence Cody, Mother Kathy Cody Houska, Father Eugene P. Baltimore Jr. Grandfather Eugene Baltimore.

To know Ann is to know she was full of love, spirit and great compassion for others. She enjoyed taking walks, listening to music, visiting friends and spending quiet time at home.

Ann's life was taken to soon. Her spirit will always be with us forever in our hearts.
