Esther Marlene (Barron) Ballew

January 14, 1937 ~ August 21, 2020

Esther Marlene Ballew, a resident of Sulphur was born January 14, 1937 in Dyer, Tennessee to Bernie Mitchell & Vivian Louise ( Garner) Barron. She passed away Friday August 21, 2020 at Okla. City, Oklahoma at the age of 83 years 7 months and 7 days.

She was married to Charles Emory Ballew at Corinth, Miss on November 2, 1957. He preceded her in death August 28, 2019

Esther grew up in Tennessee, and later lived in Arkansas before coming to Oklahoma. She had lived in Sulphur since 2006 Esther worked several years as a nurse before her retirement.

She was preceded in death by her parents and 3 brothers.

Survived by her Daughter: Rhonda Ballew, of Yukon, OK
Son: Charles Edward Ballew, of Broken Arrow, OK
Sister: Anita Jones, of Dyer, TN
3 Grandchildren: Cherish, Brittney & Chelsea,
2 Great Grandchildren, Damien & Sutton,

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date

DeArman Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
