Linda Ruth (Martin) Ballenger

Linda R. (Martin) Ballenger
September 28, 1943 ~ June 12, 2012

Linda R. Ballenger, of Pauls Valley, was born September 28, 1943 in Ryan, Oklahoma to Roy Dennis and Mary Ruth (Keller) Martin.

She passed away June 12, 2012 in Pauls Valley, Oklahoma at the age of 68 years.

Linda was married to Dennis Ballenger in New London, CT on September 8, 1986. She was a Technician for Southwestern Bell Telephone Company and retired after 30 years of service in 1982.

Linda was also a Pink Lady volunteer at the hospital and an avid quilter and was a member of the First Baptist Church of Pauls Valley.

She was preceded in death by her parents; 2 sisters, Martha and LaVona.

Surviving family include her husband, Dennis Ballenger of the home; 5 children, Dennis Wayne, Gregory, Tamara, Denise and Michelle; 2 brothers, Olen "Sam" Martin and Ronnie Martin; 12 grandchildren, Aaron, Kevin, Kasey, Jake, Hailee, Darian, Madison, Dale, Amanda, Kade, Derick, and Heather; 3 great grandchildren, Gavin, Kaydence and Kaleb.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, June 16, 2012 at 10:00 am at Stufflebean Chapel of Remembrance officiated by Dr. Joe Elam. Services for cremation are under the direction of Stufflebean-Coffey Funeral Home.
