Services for Garry Lynn Ballard, 62, of Seminole are 2:00 p.m. Wednesday at the Criswell Funeral Home Chapel in Ada, Rev. Bill Burns will officiate.

Mr. Ballard passed away Saturday, July 8, 2017 at his home. He was born January 15, 1955 in Ada to W. A. Ballard, Jr. and Melvina Gardner Ballard. He attended Ada schools.

Mr. Ballard was a driver for Mayflower Moving Company and had served in the U. S. Marines.

Survivors include two daughters, Rachael Ballard Howard and her husband Chet of Davis and Chan'Tal Hindman of Monroe, Maine; two sisters, Martha Jordan of Kentucky and JoAnn Dean of Moore; a brother-in-law, Douglas Hatton of Seminole; his grandchildren, Chandler and wife, Alisha Williams, Mick Williams, Keele Howard, Jacob Hindman and Cooper Hindman; a great-grandson to be born July 15; his nieces, Robin Horton, Taylan Horton, Alisha Horton and Nickey Horton; his nephews, Rickey Horton, Brandon Horton and Matthew Horton.

He was preceded in death by a son, Tracy Lynn Phillips; a sister, Wilma Hatton; and his parents.
