Beverly Sue (Horinek) Ball

April 22, 1948 ~ January 21, 2020

Beverly Sue Horinek Ball was born on April 22, 1948 to Robert L and Katherine M (Spoor) Horinek in Ponca City, OK. She passed away on January 21, 2020 in Waynoka OK. She grew up and attended primary school in Newkirk, OK. She later attended Northwester Oklahoma State University where she graduated with her BS in Science and Mathematics. While attending college she met Larry Ball and they were married on December 3, 1970.

She spent her time raising her two children and was known to many as the pizza lady at the Jiffy Trip in Waynoka. Her hobbies included fishing, baking, and reading.

She was preceded in death by her father Robert L. Horinek, her mother Katherine M (Spoor) Horinek, her brother Robert D. Horinek, and her sister Joyce M Horinek.

She is survived by her husband Larry W. Ball of Waynoka, her son Travis L Ball of Tulsa, her daughter Tasha L (Ball) Akers of Hinton, her brother Bill Horinek of Newkirk, her brother Warren Horinek of Texas, her granddaughter Makayla D Ball of Hinton and her grandson Anthony W Ball of Norman.

A Memorial service will be held at the Mother of Mercy Catholic Church in Waynoka, OK on February 5th at 1 pm. Amy Stittsworth Funeral Service of Enid, OK will oversee the arrangements. The family has requested memorial donation checks be made payable to the Waynoka Emergency Medical Service.
