Leta Mae (Gardner) Baker
April 2, 1940 ~ May 3, 2015

Leta Mae Baker, age 75, of Lawton, Oklahoma, died May 3, 2015 at home surrounded by loving family and friends.

She was born on April 2, 1940 in the rocky mountains of Chinook, Montana, to Donald Earl and Hazel Maxine Gardner.

She was a member of St. Paul's United Methodist Church and will be deeply missed by her family and friends.

Leta Mae Baker was preceded in death by her parents, Donald Earl and Hazel Maxine Gardner; father and mother-in-law, Willie and Fay Baker; brother, Sidney Earl Gardner; husband, Ikey Wayne Baker; son-in-law, John Lewis Kellams; sister-in-law, Florence Mildred Gardner; brother-in-laws, Dub, Dale and Arland Baker.

Survivors include her brother, Donald Ralph Gardner and his wife, Kathleen Tansey Gardner; brother-in-laws, Jake, Laymond, Ellis, Billy, and Ara Baker; sister-in-laws, Lilly Downey, Flora Wolf, Nina Hood, Lina Simmons, Donna Coggins, Trisha Morphis, Sue Baker and Margie Baker. Five children: Tena (Hartl) Kellams of Manson, WA; Don Baker of Entiat, WA; Cheryl (Delgado) Smith and husband, Page Smith, Jr. of Lawton, OK; David Baker and wife, Emily of Cashmere, WA; Jill Wright and husband, Neil Wright of Lawton, OK. Grandchildren: Amber Hartl and her fiance Luke Spurgeon of Cle Elum, WA; Jason Hill-Baker and wife Anna Hill of Entiat, WA; Robert Delgado of Ellensburg, WA; Aaron Kellams of Manson, WA; Katrina Delgado and Sarah Wright both of Lawton, OK. Great grandson: Michael Silcox Jr. (Hartl) of Cle Elum, WA and Nine step-grandchildren and nine step-great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be made to St. Paul's United Methodist Church, 910 NW 38th St, Lawton, OK 73505.
