Funeral services for Mrs. Effie Ayers 66, who died Sunday at a Council Grove, Kansas hospital, will be held at 2:20 PM Thursday at the Burland – Black funeral home in Council Grove.
Mrs. Ayers suffered a broken hip early in March and was treated in a local hospital and later was taken to the Council Grove hospital where she died.
