Laphawne Annetta (Conley) Arnwine
May 19, 1953 ~ August 16, 2025

LaPhawne Annetta Conley/Arnwine was born on May 19th. 1953 to her loving parents, mother Authurine Conley, and father Clarence Conley, LaPhawne attended 61st. Street elementary, and John Muir Middle School, and Manual Arts High for a little while, she then went to Woodrow Wilson high school where she stayed until 10th grade, after school LaPhawne went straight into working, and held many jobs, one was AARP, brotherhood Crusade, she was also a flight attendant, and she worked at Kwikset until they closedown, she was also a caregiver for her older sister Maureen, LaPhawne love dancing, going to parties, and enjoying life,

LaPhawne did not have children of her own, but through her marriage to Alfred Arnwine she was blessed with Two children, a loving son Demekan Arnwine and a loving daughter Krystal Arnwine, On August 16th. LaPhawne ended her battle with cancer she was only 72 years old.

Proceeded her in death is her mother Authurine Conley and her father Clarence Conley, her Husband Alfred Arnwine, stepfather Sixto Rivera an older sister Deanna Irwin, younger brother Anthony Sixto Rivera Sr. One niece Veronica Jackson and her great nephew Qu’ran L. Williams Jr.

LaPhawne leaves behind her loving Son Demekan Arnwine, loving Daughter’s Krystal Arnwine, Meshell Walker and 11 loving grandchildren, Grandsons Demekan Arnwine Jr. , Tony Hernandez, Harrison and Kason Arnwine, Sharock Harvey, and Samson Harvey, Granddaughters Kayla Griffin, Brook, Kennedy and Harper Arnwine, and Savannah Harvey 4 sisters Maureen Williams, Belinda Conley, Brenda Conley, and Sharon Rivera and a host of friends and family members, cousins, aunt, uncle, nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

A Limb has fallen from the family tree, but please do not grieve for me, remember me as I was, and the life that I lived while I was Strong.

A Celebration of Life service will be held at 10:00am, Friday, September 5, 2025 at Hutchins-Maples Matherly Funeral Chapel.
