Bruce Allen Argo was born on June 10, 1955 to Betty and Paul Calvin Argo in Bartlesville, Oklahoma. He attended Oglesby schools in youth, played basketball in high school, and graduated from College High School in 1973.
He made a career in auto parts and repairs, loved Jesus and his family, and followed God with a humble heart. He went home to the Lord on Sunday, May 6th.
He is survived by his mother Betty Argo, of the home; wife Amy, of the home; sister-in-law Charlie Argo; son, Dr. Kenneth Argo and his wife Julie; daughter Karla Hall and her husband Walter; daughter Vanessa Argo; son Monroe Smittle, and daughter Victoria Smittle. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren, Matthew, Andrew, Elise, Noah, and Patrick Argo; Nolan and Alivia Hall; Brittany Stacy, Cheyenne Dodson, Branden Argo, and Kayla Stacy; and extended family, close friends, and church family too numerous to count.
He was preceded in death by his father Paul Calvin Argo and brother Fred Argo.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, May 10th at Humble Road Church.
Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Walker-Brown Funeral Home.
