Morgan Lee Anderson, 35 year old Woodward resident, died Thursday, November 20, 2014 at her home northwest of Woodward. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, November 25, 2014 in the Billings Funeral Home Chapel with the Reverend Jeremy Skaggs officiating. A private family burial will be held at a later date.
Morgan Lee (Skipworth) Anderson was born on March 26, 1979 in Elk City, Oklahoma to David and Debbie (Britton) Skipworth. She was reared in the Fargo area and attended school in Fort Supply and graduated from Fort Supply High School in 1997. She was united in marriage to Brad Whipple on October 14, 1998 and to this union a daughter, Sierra Lynn was born. She was married to Mark Brown and a daughter, Breanna was born. Morgan worked at various different places including Cudd Quarter Horses, Tri-State Veterinary and for Dr. David Peck for the last seven years.
Morgan met Gary Dean Anderson in March of 2005 and they were united in marriage on April 2, 2010 in Las Vegas, Nevada. They made their home northwest of Woodward and they have lived there since that time.
She enjoyed riding horses, going to the lake, working in her garden, taking pictures, but most of all she loved taking care of her animals, cooking, and spending time with her family and friends.
Morgan is survived by her daughter�s, Sierra Lynn Whipple and Breanna Brown; mother, Debbie Adams and husband Scott of Fargo; father, David Skipworth; husband Gary Anderson of the home; step-daughter, Ashley Anderson and step-son, Eric Anderson, both of Woodward; brother, Justin Skipworth and wife Angela and their two daughters; three grandchildren, Kaydence, Gracelynn, and Peyton Anderson; grandfather, Nolan Britton; other relatives and many friends.
She was preceded in death by her grandmother, Phyllis Gayle Britton and step-brother, Justin Anderson.
Memorials may be made to the WOOF Pet Rescue with the funeral home accepting the contributions.
