Donald Corwan “Don” Anderson
December 30, 1948 ~ December 14, 2024

Donald Corwan “Don” Anderson, 75, passed away on Saturday, December 14, 2024, in Okemah, Oklahoma.

Don was born on December 30, 1948, to James William (Rev. Bill) and Dona Lee (Durham) Anderson in Wichita, Kansas. He attended school in the Philippines at Faith Academy and finished High School in the U.S., graduating from Glendale High School (Springfield, MO.) in 1969. Don married Rosalie Ann Jennison on January 24, 1975. She preceded him in death on November 1, 1991.

Don spent most of his life in the tile business. Early in his career he partnered with his brother (Terry) as they built their company “Anderson Tile”. As the company grew, Don later started his own venture of owning his own company, “Custom Tile Artistry”. In 2008, Don retired and moved to Missouri. The tile business was Don’s life, and he was very successful. When Don wasn’t working, he enjoyed woodworking and making things for his family.

Don was preceded in death by his wife, Rosalie Ann Anderson; his parents, James and Dona Anderson; and his brother, James (Jim) Anderson.

Those left to cherish Don’s memory are his children, Andria Martin and her husband Luke, Travis Anderson, and Nicholas Anderson; grandchildren, Rosalie (Martin) LeMay and her husband, Toby, Grant Martin, Bryce Martin, Luke Henry Martin, and James Anderson; a great-granddaughter, Evelyn LeMay; two brothers, Terry Anderson and his wife, Melanie, Monty Anderson and his wife, Pamela, and Jim Andersons wife Marta; as well as a host of nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, other family members, and friends.
