Norma was born on August 1, 1946 to Elmer Warner and Claire Koehn-Warner in Isabella and passed from this life on June 12, 2018 in Okeene.
Norma married the love of her life, Emory Allen, on March 18, 1970 in Watonga. They were married for 47 years and had three daughters. In the early years, Norma devoted herself to raising their three daughters and helping with grandchildren. Occasionally Norma would work outside the home as a nurse's aid. Norma knew no stranger, welcoming many into their home. She was an amazing cook and never let anyone leave hungry.
After raising their family Norma and Emory spent many years as a truck driving team which led them on countless adventures across the United States. Once retired they enjoyed traveling and volunteering together until health issues prevented Norma to continue.
Emory passed away March 14, 2017 leaving Norma longing for her faithful companion. Norma was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend to many. She will be greatly missed, but we know she has been reunited with her love, Emory and eldest daughter, Clairissa.
Norma leaves behind two daughters, Ruby Allen of Filer, Idaho and Ula Faye Allen of Isabella, Oklahoma; dedicated son-in-law, David Runyan; ten grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; a brother, Earl Warner; three sisters, Wynona O'Dell, Gloria Warner and Twila Frazier; many other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Emory and daughter, Clarissa Runyan.
