On Thursday, December 1, Virginia Gale Adams of Cartwright, Oklahoma passed away at 73 years old. She was born in Searcy, Arkansas on November 11, 1949 to Matthew and Ruby (Wells) Stephens.
Those left to cherish her memory are her husband, Charles Adams of Cartwright, OK and their children, Stacy Morphew of Cartwright, OK, Kimberly Martinez and husband Ambrosio of Austin, TX, and Lela Adams of Denison, TX. Her legacy lives on with her grandchildren Shelbi Jenks-Martinez of Austin, TX; Charles Lee Adams of Colbert, OK; Shayna Gaus and husband Brandon of Olathe, KS; and Keanna Adams of Durant, OK and great-grandchildren Autumn De Los Santos of Austin, TX; Hayden Adams of Colbert, OK; Cameron “CJ” Adams of Durant, OK; and Evelyn Gaus of Olathe, KS.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Matthew and Ruby Stephens; daughter, Kristi Osborne; along with one sister and one niece.
Celebration of Life will be held at the Cartwright Community Center, 311 Colbert Street, Cartwright, Oklahoma on Sunday, December 18th at 2:00 PM.
