Services for Connie G. Adams, 62 of Albany, who departed this world Tuesday, January 19, 2010, in Durant, will be at 2:00 p.m. Friday January 22, 2010 at the Coffey-Murray Chapel in Durant, Oklahoma. She was born Sunday, July 20, 1947, in Mason, Texas, to Weldon Bailey and Adell (Burleson) Smith.

She was a member of the Baptist faith. She married Bennie Adams on August 18, 1971, in Dallas Texas. She loved arts and crafts, drawing, painting and dancing. Fishing was her favorite pastime and going to any pond she could find. She also enjoyed watching Dallas football. She will best be remembered for her love for Bennie and Timmy and doing whatever she could to help them.

She is survived by her husband; Bennie of the home, son, Tim Adams of Irving, Texas; brother, Ronnie Dale Smith and wife Kay of Pleasanton, Texas; sister, Pat Crouch of Mason, Texas; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, as well as many other relatives and friends.

Connie was preceded in death by her parents, Weldon and Adell Smith, sister Willene Clark and brothers-in-law Sam Crouch and Don Clark.
