Neoma Lee (Coy) Porter went to be with the Lord on January 29, 2018.
She was a loving mother and wife and inspired all of her children and
grandchildren to be their very best.
Her joy in life was spending time with her grandchildren and to be a
caregiver to family and friends. She loved her sisters dearly. She loved the
outdoors and spending time fishing.
She will be tremendously missed by all, but the joy is knowing this is
temporary and some day we will all be reunited again, thanks to our Lord and
Savior, Jesus Christ.
Neoma is survived by her husband Donald R. Porter of the home; son Steve
Milligan of Pawhuska; daughters Lynn Milligan McAlvain of Bartlesville and
Janet Witzel and husband Layne of Collinsville; four sisters Carol Stevens
of Bartlesville, Ann Fowler of South Coffeyville, Charlotte Pickett of
Bartlesville and Carlene Atkins of South Coffeyville; six grandsons Chad
Milligan, Dustin Milligan, Chase McAlvain, Coy McAlvain, Cameron Witzel and
Tyler Milligan; eleven great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
She is preceded in death by her parents Monroe and Maggie Maude Coy and one
great grandson Cade Steven McAlvain.
