Judy Lee Plummer, 77, passed on Monday, September 9, 2019 at the Nowata
Nursing Center.
Judy was born on January 20, 1942 to parents Kenneth Dawes and Oneida
Lovell in Chelsea, Oklahoma.
Judy always had a passion for animals and could never turn her head away
from rescuing one. You could always count on her being up for a road
trip, whether it was short or long. In her later years she really
enjoyed crocheting and knitting something for a family member or a close
friend. Judy's memories will be cherished forever.
Judy is survived by her three sons; Jeff and his wife, Gail Plummer of
Nowata, Kenneth Plummer of Tulsa, and Ronnie Plummer of Aurora, MO, two
daughters; Pam Charles of Chelsea and Diana Kay Johnson of Aurora, MO.
One brother; Wayne and his wife Diana Dawes of Adair, one sister;
Rosemary and her husband Richard Patton of Wichita. She also has
thirteen grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren and great-great
grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews and a host of friends
Judy is preceded in death by her husband; Norman Plummer, her parents,
one brother; Billy Wright, and one grandson; Michael Jeffrey Plummer.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday from 10:00am to 8:00pm.
A funeral service will be at Nowata-Stumpff Funeral Home Chapel on
Thursday, September 12 at 1:00pm with interment to follow at Ball
Cemetery in Nowata County.
