Linda Frye passed away Friday, October 20, 2017.

Services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, October 25th in the Walker-Brown Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Brent Logsdon officiating.

Interment will follow in the Ball Cemetery, Childers, OK. Services are under the direction of Walker-Brown Funeral Home.

Linda Lee Frye was born September 16, 1950 in Muscatine, IA to Roland “Bud” Lobdell and Barbara Ann Cole (Lobdell). She married David Frye on March 19, 1991 in Bartlesville, OK. Linda was a hardworking, caring, people person who never met a stranger. Linda obtained her LPN license (1993) and in later years was a homemaker. She loved family gatherings, cooking, crocheting and going camping.

Linda is survived by her husband, David Frye of the family home in Copan. Sons; Steve Cole and wife Shannon, Shaun Coblentz, David Frye, Larry Frye and Bobby Frye. Daughters; Barbara and husband Eric Mumma, Bobbi and husband Robert Pawloski, Samantha Bever and Candy Southern. She was blessed with 28 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews and many friends.

Linda was preceded in death by her parents, Roland “Bud” Lobdell & Barbara Cole, brothers; Sheldon Lobdell and Jeff Cole, daughter, Cynthia "Cindy" Coblentz, grandson, Dalton Cole, brother-in-law, Don Lampo, sister-in-law, Karen Cole and her mother & father-in-law, Bertha & Sam Frye.
