Hannah Raye Kukuk, four-month-old daughter of Jeff and Christy Kukuk, of Perry, Oklahoma was born on November 15, 2008 in Oklahoma City, OK. She passed from this life to be with her Lord and Savior on Thursday, March 26, 2009.

Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. Monday, March 30, 2009 at the First Baptist Church with interment in the Zion Lutheran Cemetery. Pastor Dan Thimell and Pastor Craig Groseclose officiating.

In addition to her parents, Hannah is survived by one brother; Andrew Kukuk of the home. Grandparents; Cindy VanMeter of Graford, TX, Ray and Teresa Kukuk of Perry, OK. Great-grandparents; Herman Kukuk and Audrey of Perry, OK and Marlene Porter of Choctaw, OK. Don and Mary Fenton of Bella Vista, Arkansas, Bonnie VanMeter of Bentonville, Arkansas. Numerous aunts, uncles and cousins

She was preceded in death by her grandfather Danny VanMeter and great-grandfather Don VanMeter .
