Patricia (White) Noland, 79, of Stillwater, OK passed from this
life on July 18, 2014. Services have been entrusted to the care
of Palmer Marler Funeral Home and a graveside service
celebrating her life will be held at 11:00 am on Tuesday, July
29, 2014 at Pleasant Valley Sumner Cemetery in Noble County, OK.
Patricia (White) Noland was born on January 21, 1935 on the
family farm east of Perry to Herbert S. and Hazel (McDaniel)
White. Patricia grew up in the Sumner community and graduated
from Sumner High School in 1953. After graduating, Patricia
moved to the Tulsa area and worked for a construction company,
as a bookkeeper. In October of 2012, she moved to Stillwater and
made it her home.
Patricia enjoyed many things in life, especially reading. She
would read all types of genres of books. Patricia loved to spend
time with her family.
Patricia is preceded in death by her parents, Herbert S. and
Hazel (McDaniel) White; one brother, John Clinton White; two
sisters, Vera Sooter and Vivian Rieman.
Patricia is survived by three siblings, Florence Akin of
Stillwater, OK, Frances White of Tulsa, OK and Phyllis White of
Stillwater, OK; three nephews, Bill Sooter of Lompoc, CA, Gary
Akin of Casper, WY, and Phillip Rieman of Enid, OK; four nieces,
Karen Wilson of Oakland, CA, Rebecca Switzer of Santa Fe, NM,
Charlotte Romain of Lompoc, CA, and Judy Schroeder of
Stillwater, OK.; close friends, Loretta and JD Longan.
Memorial contributions can be made in Patricia’s name to Judith
Karman Hospice, 915 S Main St, Stillwater, OK 74074
